This is the analogue of our 'White House', where the president of Argentina lives. It's pink anyway, as suggested by the name, but at night, it's exaggerated by hot pink lighting. It's said that the original pink hue came from mixing cow's blood with the paint to prevent humidity damage, though, this is probably just a myth.
