This is a giant metal flower that opens every morning and closes every night. It took several tries for me to figure out that it's broken. Lockheed Martin installed it and promised to repair it whenever there were problems, but, as they don't do business in Argentina anymore, it will likely not get repaired. The streak of light is an airplane taking off from Jorge Newberry Airport.
