It was an 8 mile hike to the village, then another 2 miles to the campgrounds. Then a little less than a mile to our actual site.

One more, of havasu falls. - Almost To The Campgrounds
More of havasu falls as we walk to the campgrounds. - Almost To The Campgrounds
Almost there, now. This is havasu falls, and we've got about 250 meters to get to the campgrounds entrance. - Almost To The Campgrounds
You can just peek Navajo Falls from the trail here. - Almost To The Campgrounds
We're getting close to the end now. This is less than a mile from the campgrounds. To the left, out of frame (but in the next picture) is navajo falls. If you look closely, you can see some more horses coming up the trail near the big boulder. The trail follows the edge here, and this is one of the rare points where we're not at the bottom most point of the valley. - The Village
Seemed like an odd place for a fire hydrant. - The Village
This is the view from the building where we checked into the campground. In the foreground is the helicopter landing area, which is conveniently located right next to the trail, to help remind you that you didn't have to walk all that way. - The Village
This is the view at the entrance to the village. The village wraps around this wall outcropping with the two towers. - On The Trail

Just more of the trail. The people at the bottom help give some scale, though propbably not enough. The shaded undercut at the bottom of the rock wall was about 15 feet high. - On The Trail
